It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the program, the judges, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date.
Moto Craft accepts no liability if a candidate is unable to attend the competition due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
MOTO CRAFT reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of the speakers at an event for post event purposes. Participants are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of participants within any recording or photographs.
Registration fee of INR 500 is non-refundable under any circumstance. Participants are not liable to demand it in case of their absence/refusal/cancellation to appear in the competition

Rules & Guidelines

Competition start and stop times will be strictly enforced, violators painting outside of designated times will be disqualified.
Prior to the competition, we’ll be releasing an image & dimensions of the artwork to be created on our website. Artists have to do create the same on the motorcycle tank. Any other design created shall be disqualified.
The participants are not allowed to take assistance from any person. They may, however, use their phones or tablets to see & create their design and can also bring along their stencils.
Only registered artists are allowed in the artist working area for any reason, at any time.
All activities related to the competition must be done by the artist only. Having a “support staff” of any kind is not allowed.
Artists must carry their own paints & tools to the competition. Any demands for material or borrowing from other artists shall not be entertained.
If you use something not allowed, or bring it into the working or judging area, you may be disqualified upon the discretion of jury.
18+ only admittance to the competition. You will be asked to show proof of legal ID at registration.
No corporate logo wear will be considered acceptable dress for artists/assistants unless sponsoring company is also a “Paint & Create” sponsor.
